Dutch startup Mollie is now one of the biggest PSPs in Europe. Mollie sets itself apart from other payment processors by focusing on localized payment offerings. It offers over 100 different local and international payment methods so that customers can pay in their preferred way.
The Challenge
- The initial version of the e-commerce integration module used ineffective code, which failed to meet the platform's standards.
- The deficiencies of the code resulted in an increased number of customer support tickets.
- The client not only needed an experienced team to refactor the code, but also a partner to maintain and support the solution and provide technical support.
The Process
The dedicated Invertus team has been providing continuous development services for Mollie since 2018. Apart from this, we are responsible for handling technical support and ensuring the stability of the integration. We contributed significantly to analyzing and providing more stable and better user experience-based solutions through improved Mollie’s module’s UX/UI.
