The Challenge


Brasa’s previous e-commerce system, based on Magento, was outdated and lacked essential functionality for modern B2B needs. It didn’t support advanced product filtering, had limited real-time stock visibility, and lacked integration with its ERP system, Microsoft Business Central. With increasing order volumes and the need to reduce manual work, Brasa sought a scalable, fully integrated solution to serve both clients and internal teams more efficiently.

Invertus collaborated closely with Brasa and their ERP partner to develop a solution that would modernize their e-commerce operations, streamline internal workflows, and enhance the buying experience for their clients. Regular communication, shared tools (such as Slack and Trello), and agile planning helped ensure transparency and momentum throughout the project.

We aimed to build a future-proof e-commerce store tailored to Brasa’s business model. We centralized product, client, and order management in Business Central, reduce dependency on manual admin tasks, and empowered customers to place orders independently with a better UX. The unique feature of the project was enabling scalable features like configurators and enhanced product search.
