UAB "Baltijos Arsenalas," operating under the brand Armijai ir Civiliams (AiC), is a leading tactical gear and military-style goods retailer in the Baltics. With over 20 years of experience, AiC operates six stores in Lithuania and two in Latvia, offering premium brands such as Leatherman, 5.11 Tactical, Hi-Tec Magnum, and LedLenser.

The Process
We started working with AiC in the autumn of 2021. The initial focus was on stabilizing critical infrastructure and preparing for a full platform migration. We worked in close collaboration with the client, conducting regular planning and feedback sessions. ln 2023 October, we transitioned to ongoing support and continuous improvement, handling maintenance, minor feature rollouts, and optimization tasks.
